Shipping & Returns

All products will list an estimated ship date in the product description.

• Domestic orders ship within 5–10 working days

• International orders ship within 5–15 working days

• Unless a specific pre-order ship date is stated on the product page

Orders cannot be combined once placed. Shipping rates are calculated by weight, with additional charges applied to international orders. Shipping and discount codes cannot be added or modified after checkout.

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order. We are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.

International Orders & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and are outside of our control. We are unable to predict or cover these charges.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any courier return fees incurred.

Shipping Protection
Ghost Hardware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier unless shipping protection is selected at checkout. Orders placed without shipping protection are not guaranteed or insured by Ghost Hardware.

Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
